  OUR GUEST HOUSE OPENING SOON!!!

I have decided to branch out and turn the house and gallery into accommodation.  The plans are being drawn and we will be offering accommodation based on a 3/4 star rating.  There will be 2 self catering apartments and 4 luxury bedrooms with a full continental breakfast. All bedrooms have been designed to be spacious with an on suite bathroom. The largest bedroom measuring 36 square meters and the smallest 32 square meters. All bedrooms have direct access to the garden or you may enter via the front door. In the large spacious garden surrounding the north facing house is a large swimming pool which receives sun through out the day.

 

The planning is to try and be finished and be up and running by the end of June.  Living in Africa makes it a bit difficult to be 100% sure I am therefore keeping the month of June as a buffer and will only accept bookings for July on wards once we know that the accommodation is fully operational. As we get closer to the time I will be able to pass on more information.  To those that are not aware, where we are situated, we are 5km's from the Sea, in the heart of the Winelands and have 5 golf courses with 10kms.  One being Erinvale a world renowned golf course where the World Cup and South African open championships have been played, the others Strand, Somerset West, Kleine Zalze and Stellenbosch.  Should you wish to play golf further a field there are additional 10 courses that can be visited.  We are 20 minutes from Cape Town International Airport, 15kms from Stellenbosch and 35kms from Cape Town City Centre.

You are the first to hear about our new project as we have not started an advertising campaign and would like to give you the opportunity to enquire should you be coming to South Africa for a holiday.  The accommodation will be given out to agents in about 2 months time.  Please send all your enquiries to info@artcreationsafrica.com and we will then try and answer your questions.

Our Self Catering units will be able to sleep a family of 6. They will consists of a main bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 2 sleeper couches.
